Sarah-Jayne Reid is a professionally qualified art therapist and a fully registered member of the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists (IACAT) who adheres to their code of ethics.
Having a background in fine art, community arts and drama teaching, Sarah-Jayne qualified as an art therapist from the Crawford College of Art in 2004. Sarah-Jayne has worked with a variety of client groups and individuals, including children and adolescents with behavioural problems, children living with bereavement, children and adults with special needs, those dealing with and wanting to express anger more appropriately and effectively, adults living and coping with acquired disabilities. She has worked in primary and secondary schools in Dublin, disability and mental health services in the midlands, working in individual, small groups and open studio settings.
